What will our coaching journey be like?
I intend to walk alongside you as you journey from where you are to where you want to be. I promise to bring my compassionate heart to every session using meditation, visualization, powerful questions, thought-provoking insight, somatic processing and ancient Vedic wisdom to gently guide you toward your own truth and purpose.
I will help you move past your limiting beliefs and unprocessed emotions to free the authentic potential of the soul, using practical tools to reach set goals and enjoy a more fulfilling life deep with meaning and magic. Ultimately I work to help you strengthen your own intuition and inner-guidance system so that you can make confident steps toward your dreams—and most importantly, be present to the joy of the journey along the way.

You spoke of magic. Really, magic?
Yep, magic. Magic is real. There is much more to the story of this physical universe. Through our work together, you will start to recognize the coincidences and synchronicities of living a life on purpose. Once you start to experience the magic that is all around you, you begin to recognize that there is a lot more to this mystical universe than you physically see, and you will begin to trust your intuition (gut, instincts, guiding sense) and enjoy more freedom in your life.
What is transformational coaching?
It uses many different modalities—meditation, visualization, energy work, somatic processing, and Vedic wisdom to shift thoughts and emotions that are keeping you stuck. It leans on your own intrinsic wisdom to guide you toward a more authentic version of yourself, thus bringing more joy, more peace, and more freedom to life. It reinforces mindfulness, so that you are more present to each moment, and enhances your intuition which guides you in making decisions that resonate with your true self.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
If our mental health has a scale of negative five to positive five, then therapy is designed to help someone who might be in active pain (negative five) find their way to neutral (zero). Therapists are trained to treat anxiety, depression, panic disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, phobias, and addictions.
Coaching is more suited to take a person from neutral (zero) to thriving (positive five), and isn’t as concerned with looking back to the origin of the issue, but with moving forward with intention. Coaching is perfect for a person in relatively stable mental health who might feel lost in their purpose, confused about how to move toward their desires, or stuck in patterns that aren’t serving them. It would be helpful to anyone who wants help with accountability and motivation, and propels those who hope to manifest a more purposeful life.
What's your role?
I’m a bit like your spiritual friend who holds you accountable for your intentions and goals, a cheerleader who celebrates your breakthroughs, and a guide who always holds up your highest potential. Coaching is to personal development as a trainer is to physical fitness, yet a coach is gentle on you in your low moments, reminding you of your humanity and illuminating the way forward. My style of coaching uses powerful questions, intuitive guidance, and thought-provoking insights and ancient Vedic knowledge to harness your own unique purpose, uncover limiting beliefs and unconscious conditioning that might be holding you back, and ultimately guide you to strengthen your own intuition to make steps towards your dreams.
Who can benefit from coaching?
Everyone can benefit from coaching—even coaches themselves. Just because I’m a coach does not mean I’m perfect or have all the answers. As my husband likes to say “You teach best what you most need to learn,” and my struggles with grief, anxiety, jealousy, anger, and control have helped me reach for these powerful tools of transformation, and to find deep compassion for myself and others who are suffering. I'm passionate about helping people discover these practices and insights--as they have changed my life--and I want that for you too.
